It’s time for another Throwback Thursday segment and this week, we’re bringing the ruckus like some mad motherf*ckas!
This track introduced me to the Trap game. And quite honestly, it was the perfect introduction. When I heard the term “trap” get thrown around in conversation, I always dismissed it as some type of dance music, which at that time, I didn’t fuxwith. But, this track alone opened my ears and mind. Originally produced by the Bingo Players, Rattle is a pretty awesome EDM tune. However, the Luminox Remix is just on a whole different level.
Luminox turns it up a notch with hard hitting kicks, slap-you-in-the-face snares, machine gun fast hi-hats. There is no way you can listen to this quietly. Right before the first drop, the beat build up is telling you to turn it up. Not only is the beat super dope, but the use of the Rick Ross grunt is classic. This track is about 2 years old now and with more than 800,000 plays on SoundCloud alone, its solidified Luminox as a dope Trapper (is that a thing? no? its a thing now!). Press play!
