To build anticipation for his upcoming EP, Brenmar has just unleashed the title track ‘Award’. Connecting with rising rapper Dougie F (‘Back Up On It’) the two craft a smash that is primed to bang out in the club (both strip and night). The lyrics, “Clap like you just won an award, ass of the year, let em know it’s all yours” are reinforced by the claps in the beat and the round of applause in the song’s opening. This might be the Instagram/Vine twerk theme song of early 2015. Whether you’re trying to make a twerk video or simply turn up this is your jam.
