Earlier this year, UZ pulled back the mask with the release of his stellar album Layers. The project was a trap buffet, dripping with heaters. Giving the project a second life comes a massive remix album featuring some of the hottest acts in the game. One of the biggest standouts on the release is an incredible remix from rising star Avance. For those unfamiliar, Avance has been making some serious waves as of late. He’s fresh of a massive collaboration with Party Thieves and looks to only be getting better. His rendition of ‘Bang’ builds on the foundation established by UZ, Stööki Sound, Foreign Beggars and Onoe Caponoe but adds some insane energy. He draws upon the grittiness of the vocals and retools the backdrop for an even filthier aesthetic. Avance really does “let it fucking bang” with drops that’ll set any venue on fire. The sound is deep, dark and beyond heavy. The pitched down vocals in the break add an even more sinister style.
