Adiidas is producer who’d been on the edge of our radar for the better half of the year. With the release of ‘Same’ he’s landed himself right in the middle. The track much defines the word slaps. It opens with ominous undertones and a distorted vocal sample from Lil Xan. The hypnotizing aesthetic gives way to wonky drop that’ll knock you over. It’s the type of sound that makes you say “what the fuck” out loud on your first listen. From there some looped “Ay’s” lead into a cavernous bass section with slapping drum work.
