OVO just uploaded a new track from Hamilton artist OB OBRIEN. The track is entitled ‘Steve Nash’ and features a lot of wordplay around the Canadian athlete, “No seeds in my weed pack/ B.C., pass it all around that’s Steve Nash.” The production is handled by Chef Byer and the beat is a cold combination of banging drums, smooth keys and even contains an Old-School Movie sample. OVO head Drake drops in for a bar at the end. The track is pretty catchy in a ‘Started from the Bottom” kind of way and I can assure you that after a few listens you’ll have “Shout the homie Steve Nash” stuck in your head for a minute. The song can be streamed below and is available for free download. If you’re not familiar with OB OBRIEN he’s the white dude with the big beard that’s been in all of Drake’s recent videos.
