The album is slated to drop October 21, 2014. After building anticipation all day, he just blessed fans with the title track. The hook showcases exactly where Logic is at right now; a dude who’s been grinding and is finally about to make it. “Work so fucking much my greatest fear is I’ma die alone, every diamond in my chain, yeah that’s a milestone, people callin’ me asking me for money man, only thing I’ma give you motherfuckers is a dial tone.” Obviously the flow is incredible, wordplay is ill, and every bar is sharp. It’s also produced by the man himself  and the beat doesn’t disappoint with heavy bass, dope vocal loops, impressive guitar and a few switch ups. This is the first single off the album but I’m callling it now, Under Pressure will be on every Best of the Year list (I haven’t heard it yet, but Logic is that good. Apparently he recorded this while sick on the tour bus and it is definitely ill. He breaks mid verse to chirp his homie Castro about the delay on his mixtape which truly makes it sound like it’s off the top. The track closes out with a sample of Donald Glover’s (Childish Gambino) stand up routine where he discusses how rap is much better now than it was in the old days. With Logic continuing to drop amazing music the claim seems a lot more feasible. […]
