XV is celebrating March Madness by dropping a slew of new material. Last night he released Madness Begins which consists of 8 free tracks. Every track is solid but the early standout has to be ‘Everday Life’. It really showcase XV’s down to earth persona, lyrical ability and wordplay. “People thinking I’ve changed in ways I can’t explain, Outside of this Rocafella analysis in my brain, Cause I’m breaking up a Philly, smoking J’s with my dame, While I’m trying to rock the nation and take control of the game”. You can download Madness Begins over at squarians.net and be sure to stay tuned for even more new music as March Madness continues. The stream and schedule for releases is posted below.
If this is your first time hearing XV sure to check out ‘Watch Me Go’ (Produced by J. Cole) and his mixtape Zero Heroes, which was easily one of the best tapes of 2011.
