We recently received an excellent new track and video from UK rapper Parallax. It is entitled ‘Hip Hop Philosophy’ and is the 1st visual off his debut EP Depth Perception. Produced by Sam Zircon, the song has a classic 90’s sound with smooth jazzy samples and some dope scratches. Parallax brings hip-hop back to its essence and shows his distaste with the game. “What’s reala? Back packs, swag raps, fat stacks, all that gang shat, where they bang like ‘Clack Clack’, Fuck that.”
This is the first track I’ve encountered from Parallax and it is quite impressive. His English accent, precise flow and punchlines are unique and engaging.
