It’s Thursday and this week we’re taking it back to 2012 for a certified Trap classic. The song is ‘So Fly’ by Huglife (Dj Slink at the time). I wasn’t aware that he had changed his name and lost sight of the talented producer for quite some time. For a detailed breakdown of the name change check out the interview he did with The Dankles. Basically after much confusion, issues and bs with Dj Sliink he had to “start over”. Anyways back to ‘So Fly’. This was easily one of the biggest trap tunes of 2012. Getting a ton of play from every DJ within the trap genre. I personally have to say this was one of the earliest trap tunes I encountered and made me an instant fan of the genre. This was one of the my anthems for summer 2012 and I figured with this summer just around the corner I’d share it with you (in case you missed it).
