GC – Her

About a month or two ago we posted a fresh track called ‘Root Of All Evil’ by GC. The laid-back 90’s feel, buttery smooth flow and quality lyrics are exactly the type of music we like to hear. Well, the Houston rapper is back with a fluid new track produced by Luke White. Entitled ‘Her’ the song has GC spitting bars about a certain female. The hook is simplistic but catchy “It goes straight to the head, every compliment she get goes straight to her head…” Don’t worry the wordplay is on point. “Thought you had class like history/come to find that you never even finished school/had to play the fool like Mr. T/said you wouldn’t leave me hanging, then you kicked the stool”.
