Less than two weeks since the release of Run the Jewels 2, Jeremiah Jae drops his remix of ‘Job Well Done’, a cut from RTJ1. Flipping the production to mimic a classic early 90s east coast jam, the verses from El and Mike are kept original and pushed out and above the beat. Jae also highlights his own lyrical qualities by slipping a verse in between El-P’s and the chorus. This is a quality remix of a track by the currant most discussed collaboration in rap. Considering his switch-hitting vocal/production chops, I guarantee we will be hearing more music from Jeremiah Jae, soon.
