New Rules. Nipsey Hussle made some serious noise last year with the release of his Crenshaw LP. In an attempt to respond to the current record sales climate, Hussle introduced the Proud2Pay campaign where fans would be able to either download the album for free or cop a limited pressed copy for $100. The kid was able to push more than 1000 units and if that wasn’t an achievement in its own, Jay Z bought 100 copies himself. This year, Nipsey is getting ready to drop his Mailbox Money LP and there are three ways for listeners to cop the album on December 20th – you can grab the free download, buy it on iTunes, or drop $1000 on a limited hard copy. Those who drop the stack on the hard copy get an exclusive invite to a private listening of Nipsey’s highly anticipated album Victory Lap. There are only 100 hard copies available and we’re sure he’ll be able to move those units. For now you can bump the first offering from the upcoming LP, check out ’50 Niggaz’ below.
