The convergence of rap and electronic music continues to result in new sounds and styles. One of my favorites right now is a blend of gritty deep house and familiar rap songs. From Dr. Fresch to Destructo and Samsoni there are a handful of producers doing it exceptionally well. New to join this list is Drezo, a 23 year old hailing from LA. He takes Lil Wayne’s anthematic ‘A Milli’ and twists it into a dark and sinister house track.
