Montreal based production duo, 1DAFUL, landed on our radar earlier this year with stellar remixes of A$AP Rocky & Big Sean but it’s their originals ‘Uber’ and ‘Let It Spray’ that really impressed. Ending the year with a bang, the duo just dropped off a fresh rework to treat their fans for the Holidays. Taking on Troye Sivan’s ‘Youth,’ 1DAFUL showcase their inventiveness with a genre bending anthem. It kicks off staying true to the original with a sound that seems a little soft at first past. Fans of their hard hitting sound needn’t worry as the track evolves and progresses into a drop that is nothing short of disgusting. The contrast of the cheery vocals against the filthy bass provide a perfect juxtaposition that makes each aspect even more powerful.
