Australian producer Spenda C is back with what may be his best work to date. ‘Big Money’ was a huge standout in Grandtheft’s recent Diplo and Friends mix but the full release is even better. The track is a club & trap hybrid that’s gritty, massive and energetic. ‘Big Money’ opens with icy keys that are quickly met with some chopped vocals. The first drop is one of the most menacing sounds I’ve encountered since Jackal’s ‘Chinchilla’ and just when you think it can’t get any iller, Spenda takes us to Jersey with some insane vocal chops and slapping kicks.
