After dropping the stellar single ‘Endz,’ Stööki return with their second track in ‘My G’s’. The cut is a raw grime record that debuts Jelacee’s vocal talents. With a steady flow and some solid bars, it has us wondering why he waited so long to hop on mic. The hook packs a simple and anthematic feel reminiscent of Skepta’s ‘Man (Gang)’. The verses move from his rise to fame, playing females and some solid punchlines. With lyrics like “I only take fashion tips from batman” and “my crew ain’t from New Zealand, but if it’s all black we’ll probably wear it” it’s hard not to enjoy.
