Grandtheft has become one of the game’s most sought after remixers. Whether it’s Florence and the Machine, Calvin Harris or T.I., anything he reworks is guaranteed next level. Proving this once again comes his remix of DJ Mustard and Travis Scott’s ‘Whole Lotta Lovin’. Grandtheft strips the Mustard warmth out of the track and replaces it with icy, dark bass lines. It’s a filthy bass house rattler that’s primed for late night club sets. A trapped out break balances the track out while Scott’s familiar vocals serve as the focal point. Grandtheft’s forray into bass house is yet another peice of evidence that the Canadian producer can master any genre. Stream the track below and grab it on iTunes.
