One of the staples of last year’s Ever After Music Festival, was the ability to move back and forth between the main stage and a second stage. A majority of the second stage artists were up and comers with the inclusion of DJ Mew and the Toronto Raptors official DJ, 4Korners, closing out each of the nights. This year will be no different as artists have started slowly posting on Instagram and Facebook the announcement of themselves playing on Stage 2 this year. With returners such as Bill Slinnton and Hydee, and newcomers such as XIIAM, WAVES, KRFW, Rebecca Rocklynn, PHATCAP! all gracing the stage at some point during the 3-day Kitchener festival, it will surely give festival-goers an array of music to listen to.
Even with Kitchener city council allowing the festival to move forward, with minor restictions, this year looks like the year it’ll be a must-go to for fans with so many great artists gracing the main stage. Let’s just all hope it doesn’t rain a lot (or at all as forecasted) like last year…or pretty much every music festival that occured in 2015.
