Skrillex and Nero’s ‘Promises’ is one of the most memorable and iconic electronic tracks of 2011. The blend of touching vocals and hard hitting drops made it a favourite amongst fans and DJs alike. Fast forward to 2016 and the track is getting another rework, this time by New Zealand producer QUIX. Originally crafted to rinse out in his live sets, QUIX had to let this one go after the incredible feedback it’s received in the sets of Boombox Cartel, NGHTMRE and Ekali.
