Blending Cultures…and Music

by FUXWITHIT

One thing all of us on this vast continent lack is culture. Most, if not all are reluctant to recognize that there are many different types of food, clothing, architecture and most importantly music within this beautiful green and blue sphere that we all involuntarily share. Language barriers are partly to blame but the unique thing about music is that no matter the language, we all can understand the feeling being portrayed. No matter the beat, we can all capture its vibe and enjoy its magic. So there is no need to research or study any of these romantic languages, for the only thing required is the love for music and the willingness to experience something different. With this being said, I think it is important for all of us to try new things and culturize ourselves, starting with these three hermosas canciones (beautiful songs).

Cosmo – ‘L’Ultima Festa’ (Fare Soldi Remix)

Fare Soldi, an Italian native, has produced this wonderful track that consists of an energetic beat and beautiful Italian vocals.  Go check out more of his party-like tracks on Soundcloud.

Promises Ltd.  – ‘Days Of Lavender’

Although there are no French vocals in this one, it is truly a unique piece of France. ‘Days of Lavender’ can be categorized as “French House,” a genre native to France. It originated in the late 90’s and later took over the European Disco scene. “French House” relies on filter and phaser effects, which can predominantly be heard in this track.

Popstitute – ‘Sueños Rotos’

The pacifying sounds of ‘Sueños Rotos’ are surely uncommon and the mixture of the spanish vocals are a perfect match. Check out more of Popstitute on Soundcloud.
