Ian Munro‘s new EP ‘Stay Lit’ just dropped on UZ’s Quality Good Records. The 4 cut release is impressive to say the least. The project opens with ‘Bout That’ which is equipped with a mild mannered heart-rendering intro that bends into something fierce and filthy (think ‘B2U’). ‘Stay Lit’ follows with bars from Adi Medici. His style blends future R&B with rap that is reminiscent of Tory Lanez or Bryson Tiller. As the horns creep in things get real, taking this track up to 10 and making it a surefire club killer. On ‘Occult’ Ian Munro connects with Holly (who is on everything) to give us a nightmare inducing, sound design showcasing smash. It’s short but damn is it ever sweet sinister. The project closes with ‘All Over You’ which is in the vein of the previous four cuts and does not disappoint. All in all ‘Stay Lit’ is a must listen for any fan of the trap genre and proves that Ian Munro is producer you need to be clocking. Stream below and cop it on iTunes.
