Milwaukee producer, Chris Siegel, has been a favourite of ours for a minute. Ever since he made waves with ‘Jersey,’ we’ve been keeping a keen ear out for his tunes. Today Chris reconnects with Siren (‘This Is How’) for a rework of Chance The Rapper’s ‘Fuck You Tahm Bout’. Sonically the rework is a complete 180. In place of the chopped vocals come stellar vocals from Siren. Instead of a knocking trap beat, it’s an upbeat paino driven sound. With these tweaks Chris manages to take 10 Day Chance and make it sound like a Coloring Book cut. It’s a magical rework that allows listeners to enjoy both dimensions of Chance’s sound.
