The Hoxton Announces Closure And Final Parties

by Colin

The Hoxton is closing. The rumours have proven true and the iconic club will close its doors at the end of the month. What has been whispered throughout the city for the past few weeks was confirmed on Embrace’s social accounts and Richard Lambert’s (Hoxton’s co-owner) interview with Now Toronto. For the past 6 years The Hoxton was the city’s best night spot. Whether it was hosting the best up-and-comers, epic after parties (from Festivals to Kanye West) or the plethora of local talent. The list of artists that shut it down is nothing short of legendary, just take a look at the picture below. To close things off with a fitting bang, The Hoxton has a stacked line-up for the next three weekends. Starting with Kill The Noise this Friday and EDX Saturday, it will continue to build momentum with bass house heavyweights Joyryde and Autoerotique on the 20th and 21st. Finally capping things off comes Deorro on the 27th and Hunter Siegel’s No Neon as the grande finale on the 28th. If you’re in or around Toronto I’d strongly recommended attending the No Neon closing party. The series has never disappointed and considering the reputation they’ve built for insane special guests you can guarantee it will be an unforgettable finale. You can cop tickets for all the final shows here.
