Yes, you read it right, I’m writing about a chromonicci’s new song ‘Into Me’. For his incoming EP Speak Up (out March 14th) one of our favourite new producers has made another step forward, devoting himself to the mic as well as to the production and, needless to say, the result is sublime. Warm and smooth, Nicci’s friendly voice is a sweet unexpected surprise that doesn’t affect the balance we are used to appreciate in his tracks. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical for a second, but the little love story he sings us gets along with the underlying niccibounce base so well that I’ve been immediately seduced.
