As the experimental bass scene continues to expand there’s a new artist rising up every week. The latest to catch our ear is San Diego based producer jordnmoody. He first caught our ear with his A$AP Ferg bootleg, and we’ve been locked in ever since. Today we have the pleasure of premiering his latest bootleg, a flip of Denzel Curry’s ‘Hate Government.’ The rework sees jorndmoody building upon the raw and aggressive energy and expanding it into a darker and weirder direction. The track is reflective of jordnmoody’s outlook on music, “I just want people to be turned on to new sounds… ideas… and realize it’s okay to make ‘weird shit’. People are always saying electronic music needs a ‘re-start’ but I feel like the only way to get there is by producers digging deeper and pushing the envelope instead of caving in to what sells. Make what’s cool to YOU instead of what you think will be cool to others. We’re all unique weirdos in our own way so why not capitalize on it right?” He’s definitely capitalizing on it with ‘Hate Government’. It’s weird, wild and hard-hitting.
