With his Scary Hours EP (featuring ‘Diplomatic Immunity’ and ‘God’s Plan’) and the ultimate street bop ‘Look Alive’ alongside Blocboy JB, Drake has maintained his grip on the game. Last night, Drake dropped the first official single off of his upcoming album and the OVO head huncho delivers.
‘Nice For What’ is a certified bop. With production from Murda Beatz that includes a Lauryn Hill sample, Drake flows effortlessly celebrating all the women out there getting theirs. Not only did he drop the single but he coupled it with the video at the same time. The visuals are a masterful. Directed by Karena Evans, who also directed ‘God’s Plan’ – the video features a bunch of women in the game that have been killing it.
