It’s only a month before Valhalla Sound Circus unleashes the magic within the forests of Saint-André-Avellin, Québec. Before that all transcends though, it’s sending some of that magic, and a hell of a lot of hype, down to the city for a warehouse pre-party!
On Friday June 22nd, Toronto is going to play host to the official Valhalla pre-party, which has a solid number of organizers behind it – Last Planet, Straight Goodz, Jon Chron, Big Tooth ambassador Mariana Nunuvero, Toronto Bass Community, and CHAOS Syndicate. The location of the event has been held a secret for now, and will be released much closer to the date.
The night will be powered by an Iron Lung sound system, which is known to tap into low frequencies in ways that most other sound systems can’t. Gracing the speakers is LA’s ill.Gates, and the night will also feature local talent Distinct Motive, Thrizzo, ITEK (performing as Squid Whiskers at Valhalla), Poly-Esther, as well as Montreal’s Dabman.
