‘Do U Want 2 Be U’ started out as one of Acrillics first originals, “We started the track about 5-6 months ago with the melodic loop and building off of that we wanted to make a track that blends our love for melodies with our love for percussion and dirty synth leads. After getting a bit stuck on how to incorporate more aggressive sounds into a track with a long intro with beautiful vocals, we decided to send Troy a demo.” Troy was instantly impressed, “I gave it a listen and knew instantly that we were going to make a banger,” he tells us. With the foundation laid and second drop in tact, Troy Kete brought in his beastly trap energy to add a new dimension to the track.
