In addition to his I’m Aloud and Vertebreaker EPs, the Atlanta-based producer has released a bunch of wicked singles and BUSTED remixes that have truly solidified his position among the best with flawless sound design, raw energy and unparalleled puns.
After a relatively quiet year in terms of releases compared to the two previous years, the bass mastermind emerged from a short hiatus to deliver yet another massive track last Friday titled ‘WTF’. The song begins with an eerie soundscape that could easily be used in any horror film, before Herobust’s distinct vocals lead listeners into total mayhem. Avoiding repetition by including three distinct drops, Herobust combines his trademark drums and mind-bending synths with new, wildly intricate sounds to concoct one of his craziest works to date.
