Hailing from LA, Dawg has spent years honing his craft as producer working behind the scenes in the hip-hop world. Today is big day for Dawg, as he unleashes his first original ‘Get Back’. ‘”Get Back’ started with me wondering – what would a Dr Dre beat sound like if he was a bass artist? What would Scott Storch do if he was a DJ? I grew up on West Coast hip-hop, and ‘Get Back’ is me channeling that to answer those questions.” explains Dawg. He captures this energy perfectly with a sound that’s dripping with West coast swag.
