BAAJEWALA burst onto our radar earlier this year when ‘Lunatic’ popped up in Hydraulix’s QGR Mix. The Indian producer has had an interesting introduction to music production. While many producers start out making rap or house beats, BAAJEWALA began making Bollywood instrumentals. So how did he go from Bollywood beats to dirty bass music? “One day I found a video in YouTube suggestions saying ‘How to make beats in FL Studio’. This was literally it for me!” he explains. Today we have the pleasure of premiering his most impressive work since ‘Lunatic,’ the aptly titled ‘Shotgun’. “Before I started making this track, I was playing PUBG Mobile for the whole day. And ‘Shotgun’ was the thing that saved my life a bunch of times. Also when I started making this track, I didn’t have any idea what I’d want the track to be like, I was just doing hella random shit. But, as I progressed I just had this feeling on the drops that a shotgun was continuously getting reloaded and shooting,” BAAJEWALA tells us.
