Wuki is the unrivaled king of booty-shaking bass. No matter the project the LA-based producer decides to tackle, there is always the certainty of knowing that the product will be able to turn a dull crowd into an energetic scene. His recent endeavours are no exception to this statement, as Wuki continues to push his club-driven sound to new limits with two distinctly different tracks in his 2 EP, out now on Tchami’s Confession label.
In ‘NYC 2 LA’ featuring Roxanna, Wuki goes deeper than he has ever gone in a future house/bass house heater accented by a relentless thumping bass line, crisp vocal chops and raw club intensity. Conversely, in ‘Afraid 2 Rave’, the talented artist explores a more traditional style of rave music but adds a futuristic touch to the piece. Again highlighted by ceaseless throbbing beats, Wuki adds neuro elements and an old school main synth to transcend decades of dance music in a single track. Check out both tracks below and let us know which is your favourite!
