Argentinean producer Dabow is one of the best out right now. From older tracks like ‘Ole,’ to his CREAMA EP, and his latest collaborative banger ‘Godzilla,’ Dabow never misses. It seems his consistency and quality is finally starting to attract some major attention as he’s set to make his US debut this weekend with the legends at Brownies and Lemonade. As if that wasn’t enough, he’s also linked up with Dome Of Doom to drop a new banger entitled ‘To The Roof’ today.
Coming in at 125 bpm this isn’t your typical slapper, “I would like to call it a ‘Risky’ tempo. Unusual and slow, but if it hits you, it hits you,” Dabow expands. We can assure you, this definitely hits you. Leading off with an eerie stretched horn sample, it creates an air of exotic mystery. The sound carries throughout as the track builds, drops and breaks four times in the span of four minutes. Each drop switches things up slightly showcasing all the wild variations that Dabow could concoct. The “set fire to the roof,” vocal sample is perfectly fitting for a track that’s an absolute flamethrower. Expect this one to be burning down sets for the rest of the summer. Stream it below.
