South African producer Jon Casey has been tearing the trap game a new one with his otherworldly sound design and attention to detail in his productions. 2017 saw his first big break, as he released his Rockefeller EP to major acclaim, along with having multiple collaborations with his good friend Chee played out on Noisia Radio under their duo name IT HZ. 2019 has already been a year of major growth for this youthful artist, as Casey released his tasty On the Storm EP through Buygore, Borgore’s label, along with several flaming hot singles. Today we’ve been lucky enough to get a sneak peek of his newest Catharsis EP and many other unreleased gems from his friends with the latest installment of the forward-thinking QGR MIX series. Enthusiastic trap-fiends will be left gangster-leaning with an insatiable desire to buy baggy pants and a fat gold chain after listening to this veritable ego buffet of bodacious beats.
