Since then, Nitti Gritti has unleashed a plethora of genre-defying tracks on some of the biggest labels in the scene, but many have been itching for him to return to his house inclinations. This anticipation finally comes to an end today with Nitti Gritti’s 4 On The Floor EP, a hefty five-track project released on CONFESSION that will have you dancing all night long.
Continuing his trend of pushing boundaries, Nitti Gritti has expertly infused his bass-centric sound within groovy house tunes once again in his latest project. Both ‘My Music’ and the namesake tune ‘4 On The Floor’ are surefire house anthems that include intoxicating (and somewhat provocative) vocals that crowds will be ecstatic to sing along to. ‘Back To Me’ makes good use of MS’s powerful hook to serve as the perfect funk-filled bridge into the rest of the project. ‘Moov’ and ‘Out My Way’ neatly round out the work with smooth basslines and sporadic samples that keep things interesting and further the natural groove of the project as a whole.
