Sean Don is back. After a quiet start to 2019, Big Sean returns with his first single of year in ‘Overtime.’ With the release Sean gets back to the bars over two different beats. Sean reminds listeners why he’s one of the sharpest emcees out and he delivers bar after bar of clever wordplay and braggadocios energy. The first half has Big Sean recounting his accomplishments and repping the D with smooth delivery. The back half feels more anthemic with Sean switching his flow and coming for necks with bars like, “Fuck that shit that you believe in, I believe in me/Talkin’ on they phones and PC like they off that PCP/Bitch, I spit that Eazy-E, face to face, Smack DVD/I don’t got no time for hanging out and all that E-T-C.” Listen to Sean go off below and be sure to keep an eye out for more, he did say he’s in album mode after all.
