Swedish producer CRNKD is one of the many inexplicably talented young artists utilizing the emergence of digital streaming platforms as a vantage point for synthesizing his own style. “Ever since my first release 8 months ago I’d say that my creative approach has really been refined through hours of experimenting and listening to other tracks for inspiration,” he reflects regarding the tremendous time spend that can endure between releases.
Fittingly so, the tireless diligence cultivating a production skillset has been thoroughly compensated, leading to new discoveries that have allowed him to achieve untarnished depth even within the multi-layered chaos of his latest release ‘TRANSFORM’.
“Throughout both drops, I use something called ‘Automations,’ which essentially allow me to have full control over any sort of FX or Plugin because they are no longer bound to a specific pattern. So with some added reverb and delay FX plugins I was able to automate them to give ‘TRANSFORM’ movement and atmospheric depth”, he remarks in closing.
