CRaymak Displays Bass Prowess In ‘WHOMP’

by Steph Contant

There’s no denying that CRaymak‘s guest mix for us was one of the heaviest we’ve had to date. Nonetheless, the Nova Scotia-native has never been one to shy away from a production challenge, displaying strong versatility in recent releases such as his collaboration with Flux Pavilion titled ‘Saviour‘ as well as with the more recent ‘I’d Do It Again.’ Today, CRaymak looks to strengthen his arsenal of heavy-hitting tracks with a refreshing take on bass music that we haven’t heard from the talented producer in the past.

Released on Circus Records, ‘WHOMP’ is one of those mean-mugging, hard-knocking bass tracks that really gets us going here at FUXWITHIT. A trap-leaning introduction that is minimal yet intriguing captivates your attention right off the bat, before a smooth transition into a gritty section is where the madness truly lies. With an essence reminiscent of halftime through its low BPM and rugged sound design, ‘WHOMP’ carries an unparalleled swagger with it as it progresses. Bass fans are in for a real treat with this one, so don’t miss it below.
