1991 Drops Off Another Genre Defying Banger With ‘Full Send’

If you don’t know about 1991, you’re in for a treat. The UK native has been blazing his own path in the bass scene, by combing elements of future bass and dubstep with a drum and bass foundation to build an impressive and truly original discography. With the release of his Lunar EP, 1991 has gained support from many names in the US and outside of just the drum and bass scene. The don RL Grime dropped an edit of ‘VHS’ by 1991 and ’Sicko Mode’ in his annual Halloween mix last year. This time, 1991 shows off his versatility in ‘Full Send’ 

‘Full Send’ combines the best elements of the jump-up sub-genre with future bass synths. The tracks drums are mostly absent from the first quarter of the song, this space is utilized by vocal samples and beautiful melodies played by high-end synths. Around the one-minute mark, the future bass oriented track transforms into a jump-up hybrid with the addition of a beautiful metric drum pattern. Satisfy your drum and bass needs below!
