With the new year on the horizon, the Argentine beat maker Dabow looks to solidify himself among the Trap A-Listers. For nearly 10 years now, the young trap lord has been slowly gaining notoriety as one of the most innovative producers in the scene. His breakout track ‘Ole’ has been rinsed at nearly every major festival by some of the biggest names for the past two years. It’s only been up from there, as Dabow landed an official remix for the king himself, RL Grime. From premiering his ‘SHOOT THE ARROW vol. 1’ mix to multiple singles, Dabow has become a staple within the FUXWITHIT community. Saying that we’re excited to see him release ‘Sandwich Maker’ as one of the first tracks put out on Quality Goods Records Quality Treats series is a vast understatement.
‘Sandwich maker’ sets the tone right out the gate with its uptempo intro filled with truly engaging percussion elements. At thirty seconds the madness truly begins with a beautifully simplistic arrangement of masterfully crafted lead synths complemented by speaker-rattling low ends which fill the lingering space in the mix perfectly. The energy remains throughout the rest of the track while the arrangement of the leads is cleverly shifted around, never letting the track lose its identity.
