Residing on opposite coasts, the two young trap lords have been blazing their path. Pryzms, an Atlanta Native, is a versatile artist who isn’t afraid to venture outside dance music with production work for OJ Da Juiceman. On the other side, we have LA native Binks whose innovative production recently landed him an official remix for ATLiens’s ‘Shelter’ with the legend Bro Safari. The two merge their talents on their new track ‘Trip’.
Starting with an ominous loop of skillfully designed ambient melodies, the track immediately gives you that classic trap feel. Thirty seconds in, the speaker-rattling 808s take center stage as they encompass the low ends with a pleasing counter-melody. This theme continues throughout the remainder of the track until an additional spazzy flute melody enters the mix.
