Future Knock architect DECAP is back with a 3 track EP full of slaps. 123 sees the producer collaborating with a different artist on each song and the results are expectedly awesome. Connecting with FUXWITHIT favourite Golden Child on ‘1NE,’ the two cook up a no-nonsense heater. The “what you wanna do” vocal combined with the snapping percussion and booming bass has this one puffing its chest out, looking for anyone who wants to test it. ‘2WO’ alongside Oh Gosh Leotus slows things down with hauntingly bent vocals. Don’t get it twisted though, this one definitely still brings the knock. Rounding things out is ‘3HREE’ with The Kount. The track hits while retaining a pensive reflective feel that provides the perfect conclusion.
123 yet again proves that DECAP’s talent continues to expand while also shining a light on the three talented collaborators.
