We couldn’t have picked a better name to describe the latest collaboration between two of FUXWITHIT’s favourite producers. Dallas-based vibe curator capshun and soothing experimentalist Floret Loret, who are coming off fresh collaborations alongside Quiet Bison and P A T H respectively, have put their collaborative juices together once again to unleash a majestic piece titled ‘Quintessence.’
A massive single from capshun’s project coming in March, ‘Quintessence’ is the embodiment of both artists’ styles coming together harmoniously. “Floret Loret is an amazing artist, working with him was easy. He also is hella talented at keeping the energy of a song. We both made our own drops so it’s literally 50% Floret Loret and 50% me,” capshun states about his latest work. Despite being so crisply divided, the track flows seamlessly from start to finish, which is the true indication that this collaboration has been long overdue. ‘Quintessence’ is a journey into the lush soundscapes of capshun and glossy textures of Floret Loret, all meshing into a cohesive ballad.
