When a song’s hook is, “Baby girl just wanna have fun with it,” with a clapping rhythm that makes you want to get up and throw ass… How can you not love it?! Bryce Vine’s ‘Baby Girl’ is a sexy upbeat anthem that’ll get you prepped and ready for another hot girl summer.
Who is Bryce Vine?
Believe it or not, he’s not named after the 6-second video social media app (RIP Vine), Bryce adopted the name Vine from the word “vinyl.” He went platinum back in 2017 with his emotional ‘Drew Barrymore’… So now the name should ring a bell.
The rapper-slash-singer makes it known where he’s from when he starts off the track with, “We in New York. We wylin’.” But he brought his East Coast roots to California and combined the two to make his sound. His most popular tracks are songs to serenade your boo by a beach bonfire, so if that’s you’re thing, you should definitely check him out.
‘Baby Girl’ shows another side of Bryce Vine
When I shared the track with Colin, here at FUXWITHIT, he commented that it had “N.E.R.D. vibes” and I couldn’t agree more. While Bryce Vine may not be someone Everybody Nose yet, I predict this track could be another one of of his summer songs that the radio won’t stop playing.
‘Baby Girl’ just makes you feel good and carefree. From the melody to the lyrics, it makes you literally “just wanna have fun” and “dance, dance, dance, for a while.” But seriously – I listened to it in my room at 2 a.m. and it gave me so much energy that I twerked in front of the mirror. But, like, who hasn’t done that?
Have fun with Bryce Vine and listen to ‘Baby Girl’ below.
