Baauer has to be the most inventive and popular producers operating within the trap realm. That said, a lot of people sleep on his early work. Possibly the most slept on and impressive tracks in his catalog is a remix of Brick + Mortar’s ‘Move to The Ocean’. First and foremost I applaud the artist for taking on such a unique song. His rework picks up the tempo maintaining the darkness but flipping it into a hard hitting trap heater. The track is sliced and diced with the precision of a world class chef and the heat is turned way up. If you missed this one you’ll be bumping it on repeat for the foreseeable future.
