Tchami’s CONFESSION label has quickly become the gold standard for house music since its inception back in 2015. Releasing only the highest quality content in the form of singles, extended plays, remixes and compilations, there’s no denying the impact the godfather of future house and his label have had in recent years. Following up on two notoriously groovy Alchemy albums, the label is back to showcase their unique artists on its newest Alchemy III compilation, out today featuring six of CONFESSION’s most enigmatic house bangers.

Kicking off Alchemy III is Honey & Badger, CONFESSION newcomers who present a funky edge on house. ‘Belga’ is laced with groovy piano and fat bass pulses throughout, and the drops radiate a vibrant 80’s funky vibe that’s bound to get you dancing. Following this track is Indox’s ‘House Party’, a heavier feat whose punchy kicks and catchy melodies prove there really ain’t no party like a house party.

Sonny Banks & Back2Black team up for a bass house/G-house hybrid heater on ‘Tear Out,’ showcasing the artists’ abilities to mesh intricate drum arrangements with gnarly beats to create the perfect treadmill banger. Syskey then brings hot snares and catchy vocal chops in ‘NRG’, going back to the roots of house while still keeping it fun and fresh. Then, Tony Romera soothes the soul with his unique funky take on house that is quickly becoming his signature in ‘Canicule’. The title, which means “heat wave” in French, lives up to its name as it is a bright, blissful song reminiscent of warmer days. Rounding out Alchemy III is Rootkit’s ‘Take The Shot’, a monstrous anthem with an even more nefarious bassline to match.

The Alchemy III compilation is yet another flawless showcase from Tchami’s impressive CONFESSION label and artists, ready to take over dance floors everywhere. Check it out below!

Tchami‘s label Confession has just released the second volume of its Alchemy compilation, which features different variations of bass-house tracks to properly kick off a massive weekend ahead.

Eight months after the initial Alchemy compilation, this version sees some returning names. Brohug kicks off the comp with a tune that’ll aptly make you snap and get on the floor; this is followed by Angelz, alongside Tchami himself, for a serious banger with some French house undertones. Dustycloud also makes a solid return, with a groovy, tech-inspired track that’s sure to lift your spirits.

The rest of the compilation features some new faces, such as up-and-coming KOOS, whose track ‘Volcan’ is the perfect tune for all the bass junkies out there. After exhausting through all the heavy-hitters, Sluggers comes through with a progressive track which concludes the compilation on a rather melodic note.

Tchami is currently getting ready for the No Redemption tour with Malaa this fall, to hit up some of the biggest cities across North America – so you can expect to hear some of these bangers during their expedition. Until then, you can jam out to the full compilation on your preferred music platform.

We’ve been supporters of No Parents No Rules since their inception. For those unfamiliar, NPNR are a DIY label out of Texas founded by BBoy Morris, Pass The 40 and The Hi-Yahs. As their name suggests their outlook is simple: No Genres/No Boundaries. Their goal is to support and help showcase good music regardless of any constructs. Today we have the honour of premiering their first compilation The Fine Print Vol. 1.

The project features 5 tracks from some seriously dope under the radar talent. Kicking thing off comes First Gift’s ‘Discussion,’ a brain-bending, raucous banger that goes from 0 to 100 real quick. Owl-B switches the vibe with ‘Ask Yourself,’ a dark and hypnotizing cut that feels like a trip into an incredible underground club. Zenon delivers what may be the biggest standout of the project with ‘Desolate.’ The deceivingly downplayed intro is entrancing and exotic. As the drums build, it readies listeners for a drop that is straight up smashing. It’s a midtempo monster with an underlying, almost spiritual sentiment. Hookers N Blow bring the bounce on ‘LA Bound’ combining housey vibes with some rugged wobbles. And finally, closing it out comes Junk Food’s ‘Rice,’ a video game inspired trap dream sequence. Check all the tracks below and grab the free download. Expect future compilations from NPNR on a quarterly basis.
