Introducing a brand new collective representing the East coast with a mission to highlight up and coming electronic, hip hop and bass music producers, Die Nasty was created with the intentions to provide a new outlet for tunes looking for a home. “The goal of Die Nasty in the long run is to curate a discography of quality and unique music that’s different and pushes boundaries,” says founder Joe Cadena. In a time where the underground seems to be flourishing more than ever, the establishment of more release outlets only seems appropriate. For their first release, Die Nasty has recruited a FUXWITHIT favorite, Craig Pendleton aka KUREI for a track titled ‘Fly’.

Cadena and KUREI met online through one of the Partica Artists Group chats where KUREI states “his intentions seemed very honest in wanting to deliver true to self creative music that represents each artist that releases with them, so I was super down to give him something for their first release“. Pendleton is thriving with releases currently and continues to step up his game each time. ‘Fly’ is no exception to that as it truly peaks experimental limitations while remaining a cohesive trap construction. The intro moves quickly, getting straight to the point of high energy and wonky grime at the drop. “I usually seem to work best when things move this fast, like a true state of flow,” says KUREI in response to how this track came together. His product truly speaks for itself while providing a great introduction and new beginning for Die Nasty. Their aim is to “focus on experimental beats and music that’s ahead of its time,” something FUXWITHIT will always stand behind. Listen to ‘Fly’ below and keep your eyes peeled for future Die Nasty projects.
