]]> Jodeci back! This past weekend Drake and his October’s Very Own crew hosted the Fifth Annual OVO Fest. As per usual, there were a slew of guest appearances on Day 2 with the legendary duo Outkast, headlining a historic Day 1. For this week’s Throwback Thursday we’re bringing back one of the hottest tracks from last summer. Prior to dropping Nothing Was The Same, Drake dropped buzzworthy singles that wouldn’t appear on the project. The “Jodeci Freestyle” featuring Cole was easily the best (runner up: 5 AM in Toronto). Both Drake and Cole bring dope bars, and if you didn’t know, a few bars got Cole into a little bit of heat for a quick minute. Nonetheless, the joint features a cool beat with a distinct bass line that is perfect for the summer. And in case you missed it, you can peep it below.
