FUXWITHIT Joins Deadbeats Radio For Massive Guest Mix

Last week we had the pleasure of putting together a special guest mix for Zeds Dead’s Deadbeats Radio. The mix originally aired last Thursday night and is now available to stream on SoundCloud. As long-time fans and supporters of both Zeds Dead and Deadbeats, this was an incredible honor. The first half of the show is mixed by Zeds Dead while our guest mix kicks off at 29:37.

Staying true to the sound you know and love from FUXWITHIT, our mix is 30 mins of trap and bass heat. um..’s Shambhala Set is a Doggone Stomper

We’ve been on um..‘s trail for some time now, and shortly after releasing our interview with the duo, their iconic Shambhala debut set is now available for everyone to get weird to!

It draws inspiration from multiple realms of bass. Some of the features include the nostalgic glitch sounds of Koan Sound, massive heavy-hitters like Trampa and Vorso, as well as tracks off their latest EP, for a set that will have you flailing, headbanging, and wobbling along with the crowd vibes heard throughout the hour-and-a-half mix. It’s censored, in which profanities are replaced with dog barks – which is very fitting for young puppers listening to the mix. Check out the set below, and (re-)experience the madness that went down on the farm that night!

LIOHN Steps into the Spotlight for Diplo and Friends Mix

LIOHN has been busy releasing a slew of music recently, including his debut EP, May She Prosper. Now that he has a featured Diplo and Friends mix, he’s showcasing what 2017’s been like for him so far!

The hour-long mix starts off strong with his collab with Mindsight, ‘Adventure‘, and features tracks produced and remixed by the Swedish producer himself – including some yet-to-be-released tunes from his upcoming mixtape. Ephwurd Host Radio Show, Kick Off Spring/Summer Tour

Bass house maestro duo Ephwurd release the second episode of their radio show Eph’d Up Radio. On top of that, they’re also en route to their spring/summer festivities, with a tour across North America!

This particular episode of the monthly mix begins with an ID from the duo’s upcoming EP. Following that, there’s many nice tidbits packed into the hour, including an artist spotlight featuring Getter, as well as a throwback segment dedicated to Nero. Throughout the hour, hosts Bais Haus and Datsik pop in with some nice, light-hearted commentary, which keeps the listener(s) well-engaged.

If you haven’t seen Ephwurd live, now may be your chance – they’ll be playing in clubs all over North America throughout the spring, ending off at The Metropolitan in New Orleans. As we switch over into summer, the duo will be at several festivals, before ending their tour at Shambhala.

Team Supreme’s soulful duo Penthouse Penthouse are back with a buttery new mix of original tracks and remixes! The mix spans the back catalog of PP tracks going all the way back to tracks like 2013’s ‘What You Sippin On.’ The whole thing flows so smoothly. It’s definitely on some turn down & get sexi steez that long time fans will LOVE. It sounds almost like a greatest hits mix with tracks like ’69 Camaro’ featuring Bobby Saint and their extra sultry stripped down remix of ‘Thong Song’ suggestively titled ‘Let Me See That.’ The mix takes its time. Artist Spotlight – Sinjin Hawke

Personally, I don’t dabble too much out of the Hip Hop/Rap realm but when Trap exploded onto the mainstream music scene it was extremely hard to ignore. Now, I’m constantly looking for fresh Trap music. A perfect combination of Hip Hop buzz lyrics, heavy bass, synths and snares that will slap you silly. There are a slew of producers out there professional and amateur alike and as a result there is a massive amount of Trap available for consumption. That being said, its become difficult to stand out from the crowd and differentiate oneself as an artist. Through some research I was doing for another one of my posts I found a producer whose music I automatically gravitated towards.

Sinjin Hawke. Young blood hailing from Barcelona, Spain with a handful of tracks that bump hard in your car. I immediately looked up his SoundCloud and started going through his tracks. This up-and-coming producer has a few gems on his hands which are sure to set the clubs on fire. One of my favourite tracks is the one that I first heard, “Three Fine Hoes”. The pick up, slow down and drop had me hooked. Peep the track below.

Upon further investigation, I found that Hawke has a decent following in the 20 thousands that has been supporting his music for more than a year, but also that he’s been touring throughout Europe. Sinjin Hawke also has a pretty great ear for music. One of his tracks that I find to be bananas with regard to production is “Prom Night”. Listen for yourself.

Now this track is almost a year old but if this is any indication of what we can expect from Sinjin Hawke, then we can definitely expect some great beats to bump to. In more recent Hawke news, Just Blaze and the Barcelona native collaborated on a track together for the Red Bull Music Academy. Check our post on that here and peep the track.

I’m putting Sinjin Hawke on our Watch List as an artist to watch for this year. He’s got some heat and if you don’t believe me check out one of his latest tracks and the honorable mentions list.
