Bishop Nehru – You Stressin’ (Produced by Disclosure)

Up-and-coming New York rapper Bishop Nehru just dropped a huge new track entitled You Stressin’. Interestingly the track was produced critically acclaimed electronic music duo Disclosure. The track has a mellowed out, New York, 90’s vibe. This is the first time I’ve heard of Disclosure producing a hip-hop track (which says something about Bishop Nehru) but they sound right at home. Bishop comes through with a smooth flow and some dope lyrics. The track will be released on iTunes soon, but for now stream it below. His style instantly draws comparisons to fellow young guns Joey Bada$$ and Chester Watson. It’s hard to believe that his kid’s only 16 years old, so look for him to continue to get bigger and better. We predict big things for him this year, especially considering the fact that he’s got a project with MF Doom in the works and plans to release a ton of new music.

Preview: Dj Snake & Mercer – Lunatic

Dj Snake recently dropped his Australia & New Zealand tour after movie. Normally we would’t get too excited about a minute and thirty second tour recap video. However, it contains a preview of his new collaboration with fellow Parisian producer Mercer. Everything Dj Snake drops is insane and this track is aptly titled ‘Lunatic’. Look out for this to murder festivals and Dj sets throughout the year. The tracks will be released March 7 so you’ll have to wait a little while for the full song. A mellow trap tune with their signature blend of high pitched and infectious vocals (“I gotta stay high, all the time”). It’s already been a busy year for ETC!ETC! dropping the “Fuck Mix” to Borgore’ s Decisions and the Moombahton track Soltera just 5 days ago, he comes through with even more music today. The new track is a Bootleg of Above and Beyond’s Sun & Moon. The tracks begins with the trancey feel of the original as it builds then morphs into a mellow trap vibe with some signature ETC!ETC! sound.
